Our Philosophy

It is an intentional choice of lifestyle in order to maximize the enhancement of health and achieve the highest potential for total well-being. Wellness is no accident. It requires effort and personal responsibility. Whole person wellness relies on the following assumptions:

Out of respect for our therapists, we require patients to honour their commitment and be on time. If you are 15 minutes late you will need to rebook. That said, if you call in advance we will try our best to accomodate you.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy for abuse.
Please be advised: if you have any allergies (ex. cleaning supplies, adhesives, perfumes/oils) please let us know. We will do our best to make our environment suitable to your needs but we are not a scent free environment. Please make sure you bring an epipen etc. with you when you come for your appointment.
