About Emily Lo
Emily graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy after completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in biology and minoring in psychology. Through her clinical experience both during her studies and while working as a physiotherapy aide for more than five years, she has become familiar with many common injuries and ailments.
Emily is passionate about forming a true partnership with her patients, empowering them with the tools to not only recover from their injuries but to also prevent further injuries from happening in the future. She is excited to continue building her skill set by taking courses in manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular therapy, and more in order to provide her patients with the best care possible.
Outside of work, Emily is a life-long competitive soccer player and has developed a love for rugby as well. She is also an avid climber, frequenting bouldering gyms across Edmonton. Emily loves exploring the mountains during the summer, so if you have a favourite hike be sure to let her know!
