About Sara Wilson
Sara graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy. After graduating, she worked in the Vancouver public healthcare system, with experience treating patients recovering from various kinds of brain injuries.
Sara enjoys getting to know her patients and working together to create a home exercise program to give them the power to control their body and movement. She uses manual therapy (including joint mobilization and soft tissue massage), exercise, taping techniques, and other therapies (including heat, ultrasound, TENS, myofascial cupping) to create a custom treatment program for each patient. In the coming years she plans to add to her treatment approach by taking higher level courses to learn new techniques.
In her free time, Sara enjoys going for long runs, playing soccer and team handball, and going for hikes and outdoor adventures with her family.
